Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size photograph (maximum size 100KB in JPG format), specimen signature (maximum size 100KB in JPG format), and scanned copies of relevant documents (maximum size 200KB each in JPG/PDF format).
Read Instructions: Carefully read the instructions and declaration before clicking the ‘Declaration’ box.
Preview and Pay: Preview your details, confirm them, and proceed to make the fee payment via Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. A payment confirmation message will be sent to you via SMS and email.
Final Submission: Click the ‘Next’ button to preview the form. After final submission, download and print the filled application form for your records.
