SBI Announces Student Scholarships Up to Rs 20 Lakh; Apply by November 15, 2025

The State Bank of India (SBI) has launched its Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship program for the 2025-2026 academic year, offering students scholarships ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20 lakh depending on their course and study level. This initiative supports students across various education levels, including school, undergraduate, postgraduate, medical, IIT, IIM, and even overseas studies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• For school students, the family’s annual income must not exceed Rs 3,00,000.

• For other students, the family income limit is Rs 6,00,000.

• There is a 10% relaxation in academic marks for SC/ST candidates.

• 50% of the scholarships are reserved for females and SC/ST candidates each.

Required Documents:Applicants must submit academic mark sheets, identity proof, financial documents (such as current year fee receipt), bank account details of the student or parent, income proof, admission proof, photograph, and caste certificate (if applicable).

2. Select the level of study and click on “Apply Now.”

3. Register using your mobile number or Gmail ID.

4. Complete the application form, upload the necessary documents, accept terms, review, and submit your application.
