In response to a series of technical disruptions during the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2025 Tier-1, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has launched a dedicated Feedback Portal and confirmed a re-examination for candidates who faced genuine issues.

According to an official statement issued by the SSC Chairman on September 11, the new portal—available through candidate login—was created to collect detailed feedback from aspirants who encountered problems during the computer-based exam. Within just a week of its launch, nearly 10,000 candidates submitted their concerns, with approximately 2,000 highlighting critical technical issues such as repeated system restarts during the test.
Re-Examination by September 26
The Commission has assured that each complaint is being reviewed meticulously. Regional Offices have been tasked with verifying the validity of the issues raised. Candidates whose grievances are confirmed to be genuine will be provided another opportunity to take the Tier-1 exam. The re-examination for such candidates is scheduled to be conducted on or before September 26, 2025.
“The Commission is examining each such complaint with due diligence. The feedback is being cross-checked by the respective Regional Offices of the Commission. In cases where the claims are found to be genuine, the Commission has decided to offer another opportunity to such affected candidates,” the official notification stated.
What Candidates Should Do
All candidates are advised to keep a close watch on official notifications. Important updates, including re-exam schedules and venue details, will be published on the SSC website and candidate login portal. Those who submitted issues via the Feedback Portal should monitor their account and registered email regularly for further instructions.
This proactive approach by SSC aims to uphold fairness and transparency in the examination process, ensuring that technical glitches do not compromise the aspirations of genuine candidates.
